Key to Happiness and Life
Proverbs 8:32-36
“Therefore, children, listen to me:
happy are those who keep my ways.
33 Hear instruction, and grow wise;
do not refuse it.
34 How happy the person who listens to me,
who watches daily at my gates
and waits outside my doors.
35 For he who finds me finds life
and obtains the favor of Adonai.
36 But he who misses me harms himself;
all who hate me love death.”
HAPPY!!!
So many people in the world are trying to find happiness. All they have to do is listen to wisdom.
LIFE!!!
People try to live longer and longer. Once again... find wisdom. Follow Adonai, and you find favor.
Using common sense, understanding and wisdom bring happiness and life.
Some might say that this can all be done without Adonai. Thing is, Adonai established it all. Adonai put it all into place. HE was the Creator of the world as we know it. If He can put so much detail into all that is within the universe, I prefer to trust Him with the instructions He gave.
Then I find happiness and favor. LIFE.
Seek HIM in all you do. Trust HIM to be your guide. Simple, and yet difficult... We want to do our own thing. We want to believe that since He created us we can be like Him.
Friends, it isn't worth fighting Him. Just KNOW that He is God and that HE wants what is best for you. Take the odd step that seems abnormal, and let HIM plant it firmly on solid ground. Than you find happiness.
