HE is your praise...
Praise… This is KEY for battle. We are in a time when the battle is strong and we must overcome with giving HIM praise. Lots of verses in the Old Testament with this word. I look forward to sharing some of them with you.
Deuteronomy 10:21
He is your praise, and he is your God, who has done for you these great and awesome things, which you have seen with your own eyes. (CJB)
This verse was said by Moses to the Children of Israel. The book of Deuteronomy is a “retelling” of all that happened from the time they left Egypt. Moses wanted to make sure the tribes knew what God had done for them.
This verse clearly reminds them to GIVE PRAISE to God because HE had done GREAT and AWESOME things. They saw these things with their OWN eyes.
Moses told them, “HE is your praise.” No one else but God. HE is your God!
As we focus on giving thanks and PRAISE, let’s just HONOR Him. Let’s always find something to be thankful for.
