Set them (YOU) apart as HOLY...
Friends… I want you to know today that God set YOU apart. Several weeks ago I read from a prayer that Jesus prayed before he died. John 17 is a powerful chapter and I know that if you read the whole thing you will be blessed. Today I chose to look at verse 17:
John 17:17
Set them apart for holiness by means of the truth — your word is truth. (CJB)
Jesus prayed in the garden that YOU would be set apart as HOLY. Do you believe that? Do you KNOW that YOU are chosen to be HIS?
What makes us HOLY? The WORD. The WORD of GOD is Truth and the means to our holiness.
This is why it is so important that we HIDE the Word of God in our hearts.
This is why we MUST be grounded in HIS WORD.
Grasp the fact today that YOU were CHOSEN to be HOLY and when you LISTEN to the WORD and believe it, He will increase and you will decrease.
Claim this verse today. KNOW that YOU are LOVED. Walk in HIS holiness and let your LIGHT SHINE!
